    I am running my first full marathon in January! How did you train for your first marathon?

    • I used Hal Higdon’s beginner’s marathon training for my first my marathon and for my third, I used his advanced training guide. I totally recommend it. He’s great, and it’s all online. Most importantly, it’s FREE. I’m going to do a post on my marathon training one of these days. Stay tuned -)
